October 2009: Maiman extends its warranty to include 4-foot-wide doors

We've heard your requests, and we are pleased to announce that we are extending our warranty to cover all 4-foot-wide doors, both Thermal Fused and Stile and Rail.

September 2008

The Maiman Company receives SCS certification for Chain of Custody by FSC, signifying that we offer many products whose wood has been harvested from responsibly managed certified forests. Our green credentials are further advanced by our certification that many of our products also contain no added urea formaldehyde (NAUF). View our FSC-COC certificate here.

July 2008

"Stile and Rail Doors: Avoid Detailing Conflicts" article in Door and Hardware Magazine by our Technical Director, David San Paolo.

"Cutouts for hardware are limited by their proximity to panels or glass within the door. Depending on the manufacturer, this may or may not be a problem.  The above listed factors differ from manufacturer to manufacturer, and within the applicable building code for your project."
