Thermal Fused flush wood doors from The Maiman Company come in over 100 faces and a number of fire ratings (both positive pressure and neutral pressure.)
Security. The 40 rating is the highest available on the ASTM F476 test. This makes our flush door perfect for hotels and schools for greater peace of mind.
Noise Reduction. The STC ratings for our non-rated and 20-minute flush doors (1 3/4" thick) are 33 sealed in place and 32 operable (with gasketing and door bottom).
Durability.Thermal Fused flush wood doors have passed the WDMA TM - 7 Cycle - Slam Test for 1,000,000 cycles with no damage (non-rated and 20-minute doors.)

Our Thermal Fused flush door is perfect for hotels, condominiums, hospitals, senior living facilities, schools, and offices.
