Neutral Pressure Fire Rated Doors

 

The Maiman Company has long been an industry leader in the manufacture and research of classic stile and rail fire rated wood doors. In fact, we manufacture the world's first patented 1 3/4" 45- and 60-minute and 2 1/4" 90-minute classic stile and rail fire rated wood doors.

We also manufacture a 20-minute door with a maximum of 2,529 square inches of glass, a corresponding 20-minute jamb, and a 90-minute wood jamb in singles and pairs.

The products listed below are available in over 70 different wood species. Flat panels are available in 20- through 90-minute ratings. All rated doors can be premachined for concealed vertical rods and electric strikes with raceways. In addition, we also offer Thermal Fused flush doors in 20-90 minute fire ratings.

We manufacture both neutral and positive pressure fire-rated product. The doors listed below meet fire tests conducted under neutral pressure conditions.

Our 20-minute doors comply with the standards set by Underwriters Laboratories (UL)* and ETL/Warnock Hersey. Our 45, 60, and 90-minute doors also have the UL mark.
